RESTRICTIONS: In partnership with our hosting site Chi Alpha will be following all lawful restrictions required within Santa Cruz County for COVID19 precautions. In addition, we are asking that every attendee tests for Covid19 within 72 hours of arrival. We are not dictating a specific test (medical facility, pharmacy, campus, or at home). We will not be requiring test results for entry. If registered guests test positive for Covid19 they are required not to attend. Attendees will be sharing Mt. Hermon Conference Center's spacious rooms, each person will have their own bed. Please contact the host if you are interested in paying an additional cost to secure a private room. Availability for this option is extremely limited.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds for cancellation or "no show" guests. We are responsible to pay the conference center for every logged registration regardless of attendance.

We will make only one exception to the rule above. If a registered attendee submits a positive Covid19 test in their legal name taken within 72hrs of, but not after, the first session we will refund the cost of registration along with prayers for your healing to come speedily.
